Youth and Community Groups
Burwell House has been hosting residential courses for all kinds of Youth and Community groups since it first opened to the public. From music and drama to first-aid, religious retreat to arts and crafts, we believe we provide an ideal venue. We can either act as a venue for your own course, or, should you wish, can run a range of activities suitable for youth groups.  These could include teamwork, problem solving, wayfinding and video making, and could be self-led or led by a member of our teaching team (your course price will include 1 x 3hour led teaching session and further sessions may be purchased).

The Centre is open 7 days a week 48 weeks of the year and welcomes groups both mid-week and at weekends.  There is a very supportive backup system should you require any assistance during the course.

After booking, we will meet with your co-ordinator, approximately two months before your visit, to discuss arrangements and ensure that  your needs are met.

Prices Sept 2010 - August 2011

These prices are for a weekend, from Friday 5pm until Sunday 5pm.  Other timings are available on request and would be charged at different rates accordingly.  Being a County run service, we offer different prices for Cambridgeshire County Council affiliated groups than for those who aren't - this is reflected below (CCC = Cambs County Council).
